Tie the yellow ribbon

Initially my mum and I, along with my younger brother planned to go to the Expo sale. But we passed it off since it's Friday evening. I can just visualise the long queue that I have to endure should I make a purchase there. Anyway, I was approached to make a donation while on the way to the train; it was for the
Yellow Ribbon Project. In return, I got myself a yellow ribbon which I proudly pinned on my top.

Excuse my smirk.

Top: Aeropostale
Bottom: (It's actually a
slip from a dress)
Bag: Hand-me-downs/ Vintage (My mum's)
Shoes: City Square
Belt: Flea Market
Necklace: Avon

Window shopping

I did my laundry today and I ended up with rubbery and rough hands. I hand wash all my clothes, undergarments, practically everything. My mum never fails to shake her head and say, "Look at all those clothes. How much are you paid?" Anyway later on when waiting for my guy to arrive, I went window shopping. I am still contemplating to buy or not to buy that slouchy grey skirt. The grey top is nice but it's badly sewn.

This slouchy skirt cost $20 but since I'm a member, I'll get it at $18. Help me out here. To buy or not to?

$17 for a badly made top? I'll pass no matter how cute it looks.
